This is it!

My first actual blog. I am sure I will get used to it, but I assume it will take time to do something that I know people are going to read. I am glad I get to learn how to do this for my career and I know it will be a lot of fun!

  1. Be yourself and have fun. Write about something you are passionate about.

Or, as I suggested to Nickola, do your civic duty, and write about government and politics.

The executive branch of our federal government is growing far beyond what the founders of this country intended; it is growing far beyond what the Constitution will permit. Congress is supposed to provide checks and balances, but Congress is too compromised by corruption to do its job, so they, too, have sold their souls. Our corporate media takes their orders from the same puppetmasters who own the best government that money can buy. And, too many of the citizen-journalists just recycle mainstream media news and add their own rants and spins.

If you want to do a really good job, look where no one else is looking, and dig where no one else is digging - then dig really deep, keep your facts straight and verify them, and keep your conclusions logical. Don't be afraid to see what you see.

If you choose this route, disguise your identity and learn about online security, because when you start publishing in your blog how politicians are taking money from organizations that front for foreign organized crime, someone will come looking for you; when you start showing how big names in politics are tied in to foreign intelligence services, people in high places will get excited.

    Cheers! :)
